Manufactured 1908 21"w x 12"d x12"h William Soutter & Sons Co. – (Soutterware) - 10, 11 and 12, New Market St, Birmingham, then Form St.. Originally brass founders and plumbers brassware (1870s) then quality copper and brass holloware.
